Kavidoors offers FM-certified conservation hinged doors designed for temperature-controlled environments above +31°F. These doors feature durable construction with heavy-duty anodized aluminum and steel components. The door panels are filled with 4 polyurethane PIR insulation, ensuring excellent insulation properties.
Walk in freezer hinged doors
Kavidoors offers FM-certified conservation hinged doors filled with 4 polyurethane PIR insulation, ensuring excellent thermal efficiency. Designed for temperatures above -30°F, these doors feature heavy-duty anodized aluminum and steel components for durability and reliability. 50w U.L. Listed heater cable will be placed around the entire perimeter of the door.

Flush sill or High sill

Components
Wall Frame:
Built with an L-shaped extruded aluminum profile treated in 20-micron-anodized polish silver. It can include a heater cable.
Handle:
STUV latch handle, with three movements – closed, half-open, and bump open. It can be locked with a key.
Hinges:
Varioflex hinges made of gray zinc material with a maximum opening angle of 180 degrees and a retention position of 120 degrees. Adjustable in three 3D directions.
Coating:
Built-in 4 overlapped insulated pre-lacquered white galvanized steel sheet.
